These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of this website. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Telnet Services if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. Mobile phone service terms are listed below :

1. This is only a service and repairing scheme.
2. This is applicable only for Android devices.
3. The scheme will be activated only after 90 days of registration.
4. The mobile phone should be in working condition without any damage at the time of registration.
5. Only natural problems that occur to the mobile phones will be repaired under the scheme.
6. After repairing, the old spare parts and service bill with make, model and IMEI (mandatory) number should be sent to us. Only 80% of the bill amount will be reimbursed.
7. Water damage and display damage will be repaired only after 90 days  of activation once in a year.
8. This scheme is not transferable.
9. Every legal matter relating to this transaction shall come under the jurisdiction of Trivandrum magistrate court.
10. Terms and conditions, rates can be revised at any time at the sole discretion of the management.
11. Fully /  Totally damaged mobile phone will not be repaired. Refund of policy is applicable.
    
    

Refund will be done only after 90 days from the registration date and 15 days from the date of refund request.
